KPI Enterprise - Coming  June 2023

A common observation within the black church culture is an overemphasis of “size” defining your ministry. In fact, the culture itself seems to validate a ministry’s success based on the amount of people, property and programs the ministry is able to produce.

As quiet as it is kept, a ministry can take many shapes and forms without necessarily reflecting its success or failure.

The purpose of this book is to present a case study comparing large and small churches in African-American communities. Through this study, I aim to identify commonalities and differences between these churches. Together, we will explore why certain churches are considered more successful and more productive than others.

I am well confident that through the discussion of these issues, I believe that you will gain valuable insights that I wish I had access to earlier in my own ministry.
